D.A. Watt Consulting was selected to provide legal survey services for this high profile mixed-use development in the community of Bridgeland. This unique inner city development required road closures and land consolidations in order to achieve the orderly subdivision of land. We were heavily involved in this project and initially provided the detailed Site Survey Plan (including boundary and control surveys) for planning purposes and later provided our services for the required road closures, consolidations and phased tentative to registered plans of subdivisions.
