Project Management

Our Project Management group delivers a broad range of project administration, financial analysis and contract supervision services. We use our expertise to guide your land development and infrastructure projects through from inception, design, approvals and construction to the final sale.

D.A. Watt has played a key role in the provisioning of shallow utility services to new residential subdivisions in the City of Calgary. We developed and maintained a comprehensive stand-alone project database application that allows for the combined tracking of scheduling, administration and costing information by partner, job, developer and/or contractor.

In addition to the services provided for the 4-Party URD, we also work with land development clients, doing comprehensive cash flow analyses and financial modeling to look at the viability of new projects or assess the performance of on-going ones.
