Watt Consulting effective January 20th, 2012.

Graham has a diverse consulting background in municipal and civil engineering projects for government and commercial/industrial/residential clients. These include studies, conceptual design, detailed design, and project management. He has worked on projects in the UK; across Canada (Ont.,B.C., AB, SK); US (Texas);, and overseas such as Libya, Nigeria, Turkey, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia. His experience, ranging 30 years, can be apportioned into 12 yrs on municipal projects and 18 years on Land Development projects.

He received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Leeds University in UK, in 1978.

He provides leadership to a diverse group of engineering, technical and administrative staff in the disciplines of municipal design and linear infrastructure. His Land Development experience has ranged from small phases of development to large scale infrastructure planning for annexations and proposed developments the size of a new city.

His project management skill set encompasses budgeting and cost control, staff engagement, mentoring, performance evaluation, project and manpower scheduling, overall quality control. Graham is also responsible for meeting fiscal plans, overall marketing and business development.

He is known for being innovative in design, cost conscious in development ventures and not afraid to suggest economic strategies for achieving a better use of developable land.
